Cancellation Process
Cancellations will be considered only within shipping process starts. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have initiated the process of shipping them.

Refund Process
- We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item, to request an exchange/return.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, a refund will be made via UPI or Bank Account.
- Once the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours to your Bank Account or UPI ID.
- A return delivery fee will be deducted at the time of refunds/ returns. The cost of return delivery for refunds/ returns is not refundable.
- If a package is sent by you, we will not deduct the return delivery fee mentioned above.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
