Exchange/Return Policy
If you want to return or exchange, you can either Whatsapp on +919043401007 or email us on info@alaariz.com, alaarizofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and Mobile Number. We will take care of the rest 
- You can apply for an exchange or return your order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes.
- A delivery fee will be deducted at the time of refunds/ returns. The cost of delivery for refunds/ returns is not refundable.
- If a package is sent by you, we will not deduct the delivery fee mentioned above.
- If the return pick-up is cancelled for any reason, the customer will have to courier us the shirt themselves.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- Please allow up to 5 business days after the shirt has been delivered back to our warehouse (Subject to clearance in quality check).
- Multiple pickups against one order are not permissible.
- We only accept a size exchange for our products for one depending on availability.
- Your replacement order (size exchange) will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected (Subject to clearance in quality check).
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and unstained in the original packaging.
- Please ensure that we will NOT accept return/exchange of the product is used, worn, stained or customer damaged.
PROCESS
For exchanging OR returning any of the items purchased, please contact our customer care team within 10 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order Number, Purchase Date and Mobile Number.
- Specify the reason for return and, in case of a defective or incorrect product, please share the image of the item as well.
- In case of exchange, specify which size you want in exchange.
After receiving the request, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the same. The return or exchange shirt should be packed in the same box and handed over to the delivery boy when he comes to take the shirt. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and unstained in original packaging.
